These terms set the rules for using Powell County Court Records. By visiting any page, running a search, or reading content here, you agree to these conditions. If you do not accept them, leave the site and do not use it further.

It has no affiliation with Powell County, the Kentucky Court of Justice, any Kentucky court, the Powell County Circuit Court Clerk, the Powell County Clerk, the Sheriff's Office, or any federal government body. Neither this site nor any advertising partner offers services meant for credit checks, employment screening, insurance underwriting, tenant evaluation, or any other use covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). We are not a private investigation firm, and we are not a consumer reporting agency.

1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site. We operate independently from all government offices. We do not store official Powell County court records, county clerk records, jail rosters, warrant records, marriage records, divorce decrees, probate files, or traffic citations.

The site points visitors toward public records resources in Powell County and Kentucky, including court and agency portals, office contacts, and third-party tools that may help with research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

  • Break any federal, Kentucky, or local law while using this site
  • Use information found here to stalk, harass, or threaten anyone
  • Base hiring, housing, lending, licensing, or insurance decisions on content from this site
